About the Company
The Main Directorate for Industrial Construction in Moscow (abbreviated “Glavmospromstroy”) was founded in 1972. In 1990 it was reorganized as a closed (non-public) joint-stock company and renamed “Mospromstroy”.
Leading Sub-Contractor and Construction Company
Mospromostroy has been the construction market leader in Moscow for 45 years. It has built and renovated more than 2,000 structures of various kinds, and installed millions of square meters of living space. Mospromstroy currently holds a third of the construction market in the Russian capital.
Hundreds of Various Projects
Many of the buildings, which Muscovites and visitors to Moscow know and love best, are the work of Mospromstroy: the Russian Government Building, the State Kremlin Palace, the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, the Bolshoi Theater Annexe, the State Historical Museum, the Main Building of Moscow University (on Vorobjevi Gori), the Luzhniki Sports Arena, the Olympiyskiy Sports Complex and the Poklonnaya Gora Memorial Complex.
