Construction and Renovation
Mospromstroy has the capacity to execute the most challenging projects in housing, and in commercial and industrial construction. All projects are carried out in the shortest possible time period and to the highest standards.
Mospromstroy manufactures its own steel, aluminium and timber constructions, as well as ventilation and heating systems.

Investment and Development
Mospromstroy acts as both builder and investor in housing, hotel, office and retail projects. Some projects are financed by the Company, using its own or borrowed capital, while others are realized with co-investors.
Mospromstroy has executed a number of highly successful development projects in the hospitality and housing sectors. The Company has built six hotels to international standards since 2000 (including Marriot Grand Hotel, Marriot Royal Avrora and Holiday Inn) and more than ten modern housing developments, which set new standards of comfort and architectural excellence on the Moscow market: Kamennyi Tsvetok (Stone Flower) at ul. Bazhova, a housing complex on Krasnoproletarskaya ul., and a new housing development on Dayev pereulok. Work is being completed on a new hotel in Moscow: Hilton Leningradskaya.

Property Management
Mospromstroy is one of the biggest property owners in the Russian capital. The Company owns buildings with floor space in excess of 350,000 m².
Some 83,000 m², located in various parts of Moscow, is let for various purposes: production and warehousing, offices and trading premises.
The most popular office building owned by Mospromstroy is Stoleshniki Business Center, which consists of 9,200 m² floor space in two sections, located in Stoleshnikov and Dmitrovsky per. in Moscow’s cultural and business center, adjacent to the Bolshoi Theater, Kremlin, and the Marriot Royal Avrora Hotel.
